IDPS ERP is a school management system built only for International Delhi Public School (IDPS) branches in India. It covers admissions, fees, attendance, exams, report cards, transport, hostel, HR and communication. Every branch gets a web portal plus the IDPS Students and IDPS Staff mobile apps.
Yes. There's no licence fee, no per-student charge and no setup fee for any IDPS school. You only pay what you would pay anyway: the payment gateway's charge on online fee payments, and your own SIM's charges if you send SMS.
Only International Delhi Public School (IDPS) branches. It isn't sold or offered to other schools.
Once you send a request, we set up your branch and import your student, staff and fee data. Most of the time goes into collecting that data from the school. A branch with clean spreadsheets can go live quickly.
Yes. Students, staff and fee records can be imported from Excel sheets or exported from your previous ERP. Existing IDPS branches have already moved their records over this way.
Yes. Parents and students use the IDPS Students app. Teachers, leadership and other staff use the IDPS Staff app, which is on Google Play now; the iPhone versions are coming soon. Everything also works in a web browser.
Yes. Parents pay through Razorpay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, in the app or on the web. Receipts are generated automatically and the payment shows up straight away in the school's fee records.
Data is stored on servers in India. Each branch can see only its own records, and every user gets only the access their role needs. Sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
Yes. Each branch runs on its own with its own portal and settings. The IDPS head office gets one console covering every branch's users, announcements, complaints and reports.
